Antonio Felices

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Antonio William Felices, who passed away on December 6th, 2022. Our family is both devastated and shocked by his loss.
Antonio (Tony/Billy) was born on June 11th, 1971, to the parents of Gayle and William in Marion, Illinois. After graduating from MacArthur High School, he went on to earn his vocational nursing license at the age of 19. In later years, Antonio also obtained his Bachelors degree from Regents School of Nursing and attended Concord School of Law to pursue his JD. He was a remarkably intelligent man, but above all, he had an exceptional work ethic which prevented him from giving up even when things became difficult.
Antonio was a master of many trades, one who refused to settle for merely one activity to fill his time. He was a talented musician, an author, a craftsman, and a coach to countless young athletes, including his own daughters, all of which he made a lasting impact. Antonio loved to learn new things, always eager to gain more knowledge in order to help those around him in any way that he could. He was incredibly passionate when it came to serving others, and he could do almost anything once he set his mind to it.
Family meant more to Antonio than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. Antonio loved God evidenced by his faith through his music and his family. He was a strong, loving, Christian father as well as a devoted, caring husband. His knowledge and guidance was the foundation of his family, and his light will carry on through them.
He is survived by his parents, Gayle and William, his loving wife, Erlinda, his four daughters, Alexa, Aimee, Arika, and Avery, his two sons-in-law, Kevin and Daniel, his grandson, Mateo, his brother, Richard, his sister, Lynda, and countless other family members and friends, including the Firecrackers softball family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
