Audrey Gilles

Audrey R. Gilles, age 81 years, passed away on June 19th, 2016. Born on August 19th, 1934, in Des Moines, Iowa, she was the daughter of Earl and Velma (nee Reinard) Pentico. Her parents preceded her in death as well as her husband, Peter Gilles. She is survived by her son, Alfred Gilles; Her daughters Kelly Juett, and Maria Martinez; her brother Maurice Pentico and ten Grandchildren and three Greatgrandchildren. Her grandson, Johnathan Martinez writes; "Treasured by so many, loved by all who knew her. Lived life for her family and friends. Loved the Lord fully and boldly, and shared the Word of God. She was a founding member of the Camelot Volunteer Fire Department and was with the department for more than twenty years. She has earned her wings and crown of jewels. Rests well with hour Lord Jesus." A visitation will be held on June 22nd, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 7735 Gibbs Sprawl Rd., San Antonio Tx, 78239. A funeral service will be on June 23, 2016 at 12:00 Noon, also at Chapel Hill Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Park.
