Mrs. Aurora A. Woods, 70, of San Antonio, Texas, died on May 15, 2022. She was born on December 4, 1951 in San Antonio, TX, a daughter of Augustine and Aurora (Cantu) Rodriguez.

She was a teacher and a very skilled quilter with her own small business.

Survivors include her husband, Charles D. Woods; 3 daughters, Diana P. Tapia, Christina M. Tapia and Victoria A. Woods; brothers, Robert Rodriguez, Louis Rodriguez and Daniel Rodriguez; 2 grandchildren, Emiliano and William Hennen.

A visitation will be on Friday, May 20, at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 7725 Gibbs Sprawl Road, San Antonio from 1 to 5 p.m. (Viewing/Wake 1 p.m.; Rosary at 3 p.m.; Mass at 4 p.m.; Reception at 5 p.m.)

Her final resting place will be at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery on Monday, June 6, 2022.
