Carolina Rios

Carolina Rios was a woman who loved her family and friends with her whole heart.  She was above all else a child of God, with a strong faith.  She never met a stranger and would offer a smile and blessing to anyone she met along the way and would often say "I love you".  She meant so much to so many and that was evident in her last days.  She was a wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.  We will never forget her coin phrase "Jesus loves you and I love you".  She was not a person of conventional riches but yet she was one of the most generous people we knew that would give of herself and the little that she had she would happily give away.  She has left her mark in the world and left a legacy of family, unconditional love, giving spirit and strong faith.  We will all do our part to continue all the lessons she taught each and every one of us.  Her sudden departure hurts our heart but knowing that she has gone to heaven and is in her perfect body dancing and rejoicing with the Lord brings us comfort.  She will also reunite with those who have him before her, her parents, siblings, her husband Pete, her son Joe and her grandson Joselito.

Carolina is predeceased by her Mother Carolina and Father Jose Angel, all her siblings Josephina, Soccorro, Rita, Negro, Paz and Rosa.  Her husband Pedro Rios, Son, Jose Luis Rios and Grandson Joselito Mendoza.  She is survived by her Sons, Manny Rios, George Rios, Jaime Rios, Pete Rios, Gus Rios and her daughter Patricia Mendoza. Grandchildren:  Emily Garza, Brandon Rios, Melissa Garcia, Trish Sierra, Jaime Rios, Mandie Martinez, Elaine Rios, Andrew Rios, Amberly Rios, Amanda Rios, Christian Mendoza, Adriana Mendoza, Anthony Rios, Abby Rios. Great grandchildren, Alejandra Diaz, Gabriel Garcia, Erika Diaz, Sophia Martinez, Sarah Rios, Javier Garza, Matthew Martinez, Sammie Rios, Jaiden Rios, Sienna Rios, Khloe Sierra and Khole's baby brother Kennedy on the way.
