Carolyn Jeannette Entler

Carolyn Jeannette  Entler was born on July 15, 1928, to Foster Kelly and Edna F. Kelly in the small town of Irving, Illinois. Later she moved to Belleville, then to Decatur, Illinois. 

She worked 39 years for Illinois Power. In 1950, she married James R. Walsh and had a son, James K Walsh. In 1970, she married Thomas K. Entler and became stepmother to Jennifer T. Entler.

In 2000, Tom and Carolyn retired to San Antonio. They joined Holy Trinity Presbyterian church where Carolyn made many good friends and became involved in several committees and groups.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband Thomas, parents Foster and Edna, and brother Robert F. Kelly. She is survived by her son James and his wife Laura, daughter Jennifer and granddaughter Paz Lorraine Garcia.

She lived a very full life of 95 years and was a ray of sunshine to all who knew her. She will be deeply missed.

The Graveside service is for the family.
