David Paul Carter Jr., Born to David and Evelyn Carter on April 14, 1930 in Layton, Pennsylvania, passed from this life on October 26, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas. David served in the United States Air Force from 1948 until his retirement in 1974. He is survived by his wife Jacqueline Carter, two sons, David J. Carter, Douglas G. Carter. A daughter Kathy Green, Eight Grandchildren, Twenty-three Great Grandchildren and Six Great Great Grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held on Monday November 4th, 2019 at Chapel Hill Memorial Park at 2:00 PM with Military Honors.
