Edward Wayne Reddic, age 64, passed away Monday, November 29, 2021. He was a graduate of Theodore Roosevelt High School in 1976 and received a B. A. in Management from Angelo State University in 1982.
Ed began his career in the restaurant industry at the young age of 15 as a dishwasher. He ends his career with over 30 years of experience in restaurant management. Ed loved to watch old westerns, listen to music, and cook. He was especially gifted at operating a barbecue grill. As a former high school and college football player, he developed a deep love for the game, often watching NFL and college football on television. Ed Reddic greatly enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie D. Reddic and Viola Reddic, and his brother, Charles Reddic.
Ed is survived by his twin daughters, Valentine Reddic and Dominique Reddic and his siblings, Willie O. Reddic, Ron Reddic, and Tamie Reddic.
Family and friends are invited to attend the wake on Monday, December 6, 2021 anytime from 5-8 p.m. at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life Ceremony will be December 7, 2021 at 11 a.m. also at the funeral home.
