Evangelina Robles Espinoza

Evangelina R. Espinoza, age 77, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away peacefully in her home on January 8, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones.

Evangelina was born on April 3, 1948, in Anáhuac, Nuevo León, Mexico, to Domingo Robles and Delfina Mata. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose life was rooted in love, family, and faith.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Angie Bernal, Veronica Gonzales, Cindy Jimenez, and Patricia Espinoza; sixteen grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy. She was preceded in death by her parents, Domingo and Delfina Robles, and her beloved son, Armando Espinoza, Jr.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, January 18, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Services will be held on Monday, January 19, 2026, at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, located at 7735 Gibbs Sprawl Road, San Antonio, Texas 78239.

A life well lived deserves to be celebrated. Evangelina found happiness in taking walks, thrifting, listening to music, and spending time with her family. She had a heart that welcomed everyone and a spirit that touched countless lives. Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life on January 18–19, 2026, sharing stories, laughter, and cherished memories.

Evangelina R. Espinoza entered eternal rest on January 8, 2026, embraced by God’s love. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered in our hearts.
