Mr. Hiram C. Messer, born September 2nd, 1929 in Isaban, West Virginia to Hira and Sadie Messer, went home to be with the Lord on November 3rd, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Rosalinda Messer and one neice Rowena Agustin. Service will be held at St. John Newman Catholic Church on Thursday, November 7th, 2013.
