Jasmine Tran Ly was born July 22, 2002 in Arlington, Texas. Jasmine walked into the loving arms of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on May 18, 2018 at the age of 15. Jasmine is survived by her father, mother and step-dad, brother, three sisters, grand-father, step-grandparents and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
While living in Texas, Jasmine attended Southwest Legacy High School. Jasmine had an angelic voice and loved to sing. She was part of the school choir and excelled in competitive choir competitions.
Jasmine was an avid lover of weight-lifting and fitness. She enjoyed working out and perfecting her physique. She took great pride in her many accomplishments and progressed in body building and weight-lifting competitions. Her favorite sport was football and she loved playing with her brother in the afternoons. Jasmine's greatest aspiration was to later pursue a career in Kinesiology due to her extensive research and knowledge of nutrition and physical health.
Jasmine was a talented artist and would spend hours sketching and creating amazing pieces of art in all different media. Jasmine also took great pleasure in experimenting with cooking and baking new dishes to share with her family.
Jasmine will be greatly missed by everyone that knew her, but never forgotten. She will remain in our hearts forever as she fly's above with the angels.
