Jean H. Harvey was born, February 24, 1937, to Barnes Howell and Lillian Hand Howell in San Antonio, TX. Jean loved her family deeply and being with family was extremely important to her. She also loved her Lord and Savior with all her heart, soul, and might.

Jean enjoyed reading, and she devoted time to reading to her children and grandchildren as they grew up. Other hobbies included fishing and she loved roses and enjoyed gardening and tending to her rose garden which displayed multiple colors.

Jean is preceded in death by her son, Justin Harvey who went to be with the Lord in 2016.

She is survived by her son, Brett Harvey, daughter Sania Munford. Grandchildren; Rachel Harvey, McKenzie Harvey, and Aaron Silvertooth.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, 10:00am. at Chapel Hill Memorial Park, 7735 Gibbs Sprawl Rd. San Antonio, TX.
