Jesus Jose Miranda went to be in the presence of the Lord on November 6, 2017. Surrounded by his loved ones during his untimely passing at St Luke's Hospital in San Antonio, Texas.

Jesse was born in San Antonio, Texas on November 8, 1968 to Esperansa Rios Miranda and Leandro Hernandez Miranda. He graduated from Dillard McCollum High School. 'Go Cowboys!' During his 25 year career with HEB, Jesse joined the Pharmaceutical Department as a pharmaceutical technician. Jesse found the work enjoyable and rewarding. In turn, Jesse continued his college studies in pursuit of a Pharmaceutical degree.

Jesse was a believer in family, faith and education. Jesse was known for his wit and kind nature. He was quick to lend a hand. He enjoyed traveling and riding his motorcycles. His travels included the infamous motorcycle trek to South Dakota to attend the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in 2005 with his friends. He enjoyed family visits to California, trips to Las Vegas, and the Corpus Christi Beach.

Jesse was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the San Antonio Spurs.

Throughout his life, he committed himself as primary caregiver to his mother and brother. His commitment to his family was a trademark of Jesse's life. His laughter and companionship will be missed. His family and friends will rejoice knowing he is now at peace with his creator.

He is survived by family: Leonard and Karen Miranda, Norma Jean (sister) and Richard Moncada, John and Lenore Miranda, William Miranda, Jose and Melinda Miranda. Nieces and Nephews: Anthony Miranda, Rebecca Miranda, Matthew Miranda, John C Miranda, Walter Miranda, Miranda R Miranda. Grandnieces and Grandnephews: Kieran Miranda, Aurora Miranda. Aunt: Mary Munoz. Cousins: Connie Rios Hernandez, Alfred Munoz, Steve Pritchard, Jo'Lynne Pritchard, Katelyn Pritchard, Auree Pritchard and Derek Cantu.

And his Beloved Chula, Maria J Hernandez..

We will always have his memory in our hearts.

A wake will be held on Tuesday, November 14th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, at The Southside Salvation Army Mission Corps on 3802 SW Military Dr., San Antonio, TX 78211.

Services will be held Wednesday, November 15th at 11:00 am, at The Southside Salvation Army Mission Corps located on 3802 SW Military Dr., San Antonio. After which, a procession to the cemetery will follow. Cemetery is located at Chapel Hill Memorial Park at 7735 Gibbs Sprawl Rd, San Antonio, TX 78239.

Memorial donations may be made in honor of Jesus Jose Miranda to The Southside Salvation Army Mission Corps at 3802 SW Military Dr.., San Antonio, TX 78211.
