Jordyn Johnson

Jordyn Emerie Johnson, age 22 months, passed away peacefully in her mom’s arms at Medical City Children’s Hospital in Dallas, Texas on May 8, 2018.  After struggling with congenital heart disease and pulmonary artery stenosis, she passed gently into the arms of Jesus.

Jordyn was the daughter of Courtney Nichole Johnson.  During her life here on earth, she enjoyed; listening to music, dancing, playing, being outdoors, sports, cuddling with her mom and God mom Deanza Mims, siblings, grandparents, nurse and extended family.  She also enjoyed singing and praying.  Whatever good in this world there is, Jordyn enjoyed it because she was LOVE!

Jordyn was loved by all who met her and will be greatly missed.  To cherish Jordyn’s beautiful and joyful memories, she is survived by her Mom Courtney Johnson and God mom Deanza Mims, her God brothers Elijah and Cameron Smith and her God sister Mia Smith; her loving and caring nurse Jenny Gonzalez, grandparents Michael “Pawpaw” Robinson, Rhonda “Namaw” and Arthur “Pawpaw” Stewart; Aunts Tralieta “Nayne Tre” Brockington and Kristen “Kiki” Garza and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, doctors, nurses, therapists and friends young and old that will forever remember her legacy.
