Mary Helen Hinojosa (Herrera) age 70, passed away Friday, 14 December 2018 in San Antonio, TX.

She is survived by her husband Alberto Hinojosa: her children Virginia Marie Jordan (Kevin), Evangline Marie Gonzales (Michael). She is preceded in death by her son James Ronald Salazar and her parents Raul Herrera and Sara Palos.

Mary Helen was born in San Antonio, TX on 6 January 1948. She was an ER Nurse as well as a Nurse Instructor at ST Phillips College. On 18 December 1986 she married Alberto Hinojosa. She enjoyed doing crafts, sewing (enjoyed it so much that taught others the art of sewing at various community centers all around San Antonio, TX). She had a great love for dogs and they were her babies.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. On 18 December 2018 at Chapel Hill Memorial Park Funeral Home and Crematory located at 7735 Gibbs Sprawl Rd., San Antonio, TX 78239
