Born July 30th 1962 in the city of Riverside California

to Edward Russell DeGrasse and Barbara Lois DeGrasse .

Paul Graduated from Orange Coast College and later finished

His Masters from the University of Phoenix.

Paul Worked for Carlson and Crown Communications for many years.

Got his certification in OSHA, Safety and his PMI Certification to work in

The General Construction Field and Join the booming Oil Field Industry.

Paul Opened PDG Construction his own General Contracting business in San Antonio, TX.

Paul had an Incredible Love of Life and Living Life to its fullest!

Always looking for a new Adventure! Paul Loved to Travel!

Most of the time with his Great Dane Hans at his side.

Work took him all over the United states, Europe and Asia.

Learned to Speak German and Mandarin.

One thing he always brought back for all of his travels was

A New Friend or two! Paul had a Heart the size of Texas and

then some. In February of 1999 he boarded a plane in Tampa, Florida

And sat next to Shirley Ann Markowski who is now Shirley Ann DeGrasse.

They were married 18 years October 28th.

Paul Studied Chinese Martial Arts had a passion for Surfing, photography, Rock Climbing,

Kayaking, Swimming, Fishing and Working with his Cattle out on his land.

Loved to be Outdoors.

His Mother Barbara Degrasse Richmond and Stepfather Richard Richmond.

Paul’s Sister Deborah Gallagher and Brother in law Steve Gallagher

Paul’s nieces Madison Gallagher and Mackenzie Gallagher Step brothers Rodney Richmond and Clay Richmond.

Paul has a Large Family on his wife’s side Mother in Law Joyce Y. Markowski
