Mr. Rafael Antonio Herrera (Johnny), was born in New York City, New York, on August 30th, 1916. He passed from this life in Converse, Texas on August 5th, 2014. Rafael Herrera was a Sergeant in the Army during World War II and after the service he independently owned and operated a car lot for over 30 years. He is preceded in death by his son, Anthony Herrera, one sister Paulette and three brothers, Anthony, Rodolfo, and Patrick Herrera. He is survived by his wife Theresa Herrera, his three daughters, Gloria Alford, Carmen Herrera, Maria Orr and husband Ed, and two sons, Ralph Herrera, John Herrera and wife Charmaine and six grandchildren.
