Rebecca Meadows

Rebecca Lynne Meadows passed away Wednesday, September 23rd, 2015 after numerous health problems. She was born May 10th, 1953 to Dade and Norma Rebecca Landrum in Homestead, Florida. She was preceded in death by her two fathers, Dade Landrum and Arthur B. Taylor. She is survived by her mother, Norma R. Taylor, a brother, Richard Taylor and six children; daughters Lara Varcasia and husband Joseph, Norma McCall and husband Phillip, and Martha Ayres and husband Kelly: sons Johnny Bradford Jr. and wife Brandy, Thomas Overly and Timothy Overly. She also leaves behind her eleven grandchildren; Denise, Marty, Taylor, Kenny, Tyler, Bradley, Douglas, Zachary, Vance, Brannan and Arthur and three great grandchildren. "Becky" will be lovingly remembered for her sense of humor and adventure, but it will be for her skill in making jewelry, ceramics, and sewing that she will be most remembered as an artist, even making her daughter Martha's wedding dress and all the bridesmaids dresses herself. A Visitation will be held Monday, September 28th, 2015 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 7735 Gibbs Sprawl Rd., San Antonio, Tex 78239, between the hours of 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm. A Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th, 2015 at 2:00 pm also at Chapel Hill Funeral Home.
