Yvonne Arlene Ainsworth

Yvonne Arlene Ainsworth passed away June 28th, 2023, due to illness in San Antonio, Tx. She was born in Easton, PA on October 15th, 1937. Proceeded in death by her mother, Isabelle Reissinger (2007) and her father Fred Kocher (1943). After graduating high school, she went to Nursing School and became a Registered Nurse (RN). She joined the Air Force for a short time where she met the man she would marry for life. She worked as a RN for many years till she got a job with the state of Texas Dept. of Health as and inspector/investigator until she retired. God and Church were important to her, she loved being part of the choir and singing. She loved horses and riding, but her favorite was being part of the S.M.A.R.T. Club. She loved to travel, going places new and old, being with friends from the club, she was the margarita maker queen. She will be missed by all of her family and friends, but our memories will be forever.

She is reunited in heaven with the love of her life her husband Clayton A. Ainsworth III (2020), her son’s Clayton A. Ainsworth IV (1999) and Jonathan Ainsworth (2018).

She is survived by her son Christopher Ainsworth, daughter Kirsten Marino and her husband Layne, daughter Kimberly Lawson, son Kevin Ainsworth and daughter Desiree Mitchell and her husband Cody, also 13 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
She is also survived by her sister Virginia Logan and her husband Dean, sister Jamel Reissinger, sister Jeffree John Anglemyer, her brother Bradley Reissinger and her brother Fred “Butch” Kocher.

Funeral Service will be held at Chapel Hill Funeral Home August 9th, 2023, at 11:30 AM Interment will follow at FT. Sam Houston National Cemetery at 1:15pm.
